By accessing and using the Nnulu service, whether through the AI application or via the nnulu.com website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Nnulu service.
When registering for Nnulu, you are required to provide a valid email address, create a password, and provide a phone number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
Nnulu allows you to send messages to others, create personal memos, and generate prompts using AI technology. You agree to use these services responsibly and not to engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5.

Nnulu and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Nnulu service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Nnulu service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach this User Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nnulu operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
